Oral Presentation Instructions

- (Important) We have a tight schedule this year. To reduce presentation setup time, we will use a single Macbook laptop connected to the AV devices. MacOS versions of Microsoft Powerpoint and Adobe Reader will be available on this laptop. Please email your presentation (ppt or pdf format) as an attachment to at least 48 hours prior to your presentation. To ensure compatibility we recommend you embed all fonts in your presentation file.

- The online program is posted at https://easychair.org/smart-program/EPEPS2026/. Please refer to the online program regarding the time and date of your presentation. If you have urgent question about your presentation slot ahead of the program being published please let us know.

- EPEPS does not provide a presentation template.

- Each oral presentation is scheduled for 17 minutes with 3 minutes additional for Q&A. Please leave some room for questions at the end of your talk. It is not recommended to exceed 30 pages in your presentation.

Poster Presentation Instructions

- You will be assigned a 4 feet (48 inches) wide and 3 feet (36 inches) tall area of poster board to attach your poster using push pins. Please make sure your poster fits within the size constraints.

- The poster session is on Monday. The online program is posted at https://easychair.org/smart-program/EPEPS2026/. Please refer to the online program regarding the time and date of your presentation. If you have urgent question about your presentation slot ahead of the program being published please let us know.

- EPEPS does not provide a poster template.

- Your poster must be presented at the conference for the paper to be included in IEEEXplore.
